Clothes.

Canadian Rockies & Alaska, and all four seasons of Japan.

If you could be one age forever, what age would you choose and why?

If I really had to choose, early teens- spending summer holidays with the whole family by the beach. Otherwise, love right here and now!

I joined the team at The Law House in May 2017 as Head of Property.

I deal with residential conveyancing – helping people when they buy and sell their homes for example. I also deal with commercial property transactions. This can vary from negotiating lease terms for shop premises a business client wishes to purchase, to helping clients with purchasing warehouse premises. As part of my commercial property work, I also deal with property litigation. This enables me to provide a complete service to clients and also helps me when negotiating terms as I am aware of the issues that would become relevant in negotiations.

What can we tell you about Waheeda? She’s easy going, calm and has quickly settled in. Waheeda has a sense of humour and has blended in well with the strange sense of humour we have in the office.
